WHERE VISION MEETS STRATGY

Meet Stacie & Christian

Studio Sinai was founded by husband-and-wife team Stacie and Christian Sinai on a shared belief: the strongest properties are shaped by more than aesthetics alone. Their complementary backgrounds bring together interior design, architecture, hospitality, safety, systems thinking, photography, technology, and visual storytelling.

Stacie shapes the emotional and experiential vision, drawing on interior design, neurodesign, guest behavior, and property safety to create spaces that feel intuitive, memorable, and deeply considered. Christian brings architectural rigor and a multidisciplinary systems perspective, connecting that vision to planning, buildability, operations, visual communication, and long-term performance.

Together, they approach each property with curiosity, care, and close collaboration—looking beyond individual rooms to understand how the entire experience functions, feels, and is presented. The result is greater clarity, cohesion, and purpose: spaces that perform as beautifully as they look.

FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL DESIGNER

Stacie Sinai

For Stacie, design has always been personal. As a child, she helped transform old farmhouses, stripping painted woodwork, restoring architectural character, and imagining what each home could become. Her experience in theater, acting, and dance later introduced her to set design and the powerful relationship between space, emotion, and experience.

Since completing her interior design education, Stacie has designed more than 90 projects in the short-term rental industry. Her work considers not only how a property looks, but how it functions, how guests feel within it, and how strategic design can increase long-term value and performance.

Her expertise spans short-term-rental and boutique-hospitality design, neurodesign, guest experience, and property safety, including certification through Breezeway's Short-Term Rental Safety Inspector program.

ARCHITECTURAL STRATEGIST & CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Christian Sinai

Christian brings a multidisciplinary systems perspective to Studio Sinai, shaped by architecture, sustainable design, technology, brand development, photography, education, and community building. With a Master of Architecture and years working across design and sustainability, he learned to understand properties as interconnected systems—where form, function, materials, operations, human behavior, and visual identity influence one another.

That perspective broadened through his work at Nike, where he led global technology, innovation, and GenAI engagement initiatives. Translating complex ideas for diverse audiences and aligning stakeholders around shared goals strengthened his ability to move fluidly between big-picture strategy and precise execution.

At Studio Sinai, Christian connects creative vision with the systems required to realize it. He brings clarity to complex projects, recognizes relationships others may overlook, and considers how each decision affects buildability, guest experience, market presentation, and long-term performance. His role is ultimately one of synthesis—turning many moving parts into one coherent experience.
